The Walker Associates was organized under the laws of the State of Mississippi and is a full services civil engineering and design firm with expertise in the areas of sewer and water design and treatment, storm drainage analysis, highway engineering, soils engineering, structural analysis and design, traffic engineering and transportation planning, land surveying, construction surveying, computer modeling, planning and mapping.

The Walker Associates began operations in August of 1985. Prior to this time Donald E. Walker, P.E. was associated with another engineering firm for 12 years as principal/part-owner.
